Yoga is an ancient art believed to align and develop the body, mind, and spirit, bringing an overall sense of peace and well-being.

Practicing yoga brings many benefits, including:

You don’t need to be flexible or bendy to join your first yoga session, you just need to start. Every move in yoga can be modified to provide a gentle introduction to this effective and restorative form of exercise.

Yin Yoga is a slow paced style Yoga that targets your deep connective tissues including fascia, bones, ligaments & joints, incorporating the same principles of those of traditional Chinese medicine, and postures held for a longer period of time.
