  • A mezzanine spin studio in the core of the gym, adding to the buzz and lively atmosphere with bouncing beats and pedal power.
  • An open plan Functional Gym, offering a variety of equipment including Battleing Ropes, Prowlers, Tyres, Monkey Bars, Strength Rig, not to mention our unique obstacle arena, complete with three metre ramp.

HIIT STEP

Step up to the challenge of this aerobic session. Step is great way to raise the heart rate to burn around 550 calories per session.

Feel energized and powerful as you follow a high energy, choreographed aerobic routine, while stepping up and down on a step. Great fun. Great results.

 

HIIT workouts have also been known to improve glucose metabolism, and muscle and bone mass.

SPIN
Join the Tour de Woolton, as you climb hills, and sprint across terrain, without leaving the gym. Pedal away up to 500 calories, and work up a sweat, under the expert guidance of your spin class instructor, whilst you take control over the intensity of your own workout.

PILATES

Recommended by osteopaths, physiotherapists and GPs worldwide, Pilates is one of the most effective forms of exercise today. Practice controlled movements across a series of postures and poses, to target muscle groups and promote relaxation.

Pilates is available as a small group session (max. 10 students per session) for members wanting a more in-depth, targeted experience.

Fitness for… improving posture, wellbeing.

YOGA
Yoga is an ancient art, connecting the body, mind, and spirit. Through invigorating and beautiful combinations of postures, breathing, and meditation, Yoga will leave you feeling energized, more flexible, stronger, and with a sense of peace and well-being.

Yoga is the perfect complement for other exercises and physical activity, and is also known to improve respiratory, circulatory, digestive, and hormonal system function.

PUMP

Turn up the volume, for this barbell class with a twist.

Pump is the total body workout, for those who are looking to get lean and toned. With our first-class coaching, you’ll feel confident in using light to moderate weights to carry out specific moves. Lots of exercises, with lots of repetition. Plus, you’ll burn through roughly 550 calories in just fifty minutes.

Pump will leave you feeling challenged, motivated, and ready for more.

HIGH-INTENSITY INTERVAL TRAINING (HIIT):

Get your heart beating and the blood pumping HIIT. HIIT works by placing the body into an anaerobic state through short bursts of cardiovascular exercise followed by a lower intensity recovery period.

We cram an effective workout that produces fantastic results into 30-40 minutes. Perfect for the time-poor individual who wants to train hard.

HIIT workouts have also been known to improve glucose metabolism, and muscle and bone mass.

PWR

PWR is a 30 minute, metabolic resistance, High Intensity Interval Training style class, which combines both bodyweight and weighted exercises to improve your stamina whilst guaranteed to burn off the calories.

This is a high intensity class – one that will get your heart racing and adrenaline pumping.

ZUMBA MIX UP / ZUMBA® GOLD
Zumba Gold – Perfect for active older adults who are looking for a modified Zumba® class that recreates the original moves you love at The design of the class introduces easy-to-follow Zumba® choreography that focuses on balance, range of motion and coordination. Come ready to sweat, and prepare to leave empowered and feeling strong.

Zumba Mix Up – Perfect for those who want to party, but put extra emphasis on toning and sculpting to define those muscles!
The challenge of adding resistance by using Zumba® Toning Sticks (or light weights), helps you focus on specific muscle groups, so you (and your muscles) stay engaged!
Lightweight maraca-like Toning Sticks enhances sense of rhythm and coordination, while toning target zones, including arms, core and lower body. Zumba mix up is a combination of the two classes and can be done at any level.

FITSTEPS®
FitSteps is an energetic, up beat dance class that mixes both ballroom and Latin style dancing. Suitable for all ages, no need to bring a partner along, FitSteps creates a really fun, energetic and effective way to stay fit!

KETTLERCISE®
Is THE single most effective Kettlebell fat burning workout, designed to shape and sculpt your body in as little as 20 mins for rapid fat loss & a lean toned body. It’s fun, super quick and super effective! All kettlebell classes are not created equally, Kettlercise® follows a system and it’s that system that produces results. If it hasn’t got Kettlercise® on it……… it’s not an effective kettlebell class. Kettlercise have spent five years developing, testing and tweaking it to get it absolutely right. In a Kettlercise class, you generally use a light weight kettlebell, and carry out a choreographed routine, the class is fast, yet controlled – torching the calories, in a similar manner to a HIIT class, this class is suitable for all levels – however, you must be up for the challenge.

Never before has it been sooooooooo much fun to exercise with a kettlebell!

PURE STRETCH
Get the most out of your stretch, with a fun and gentle class, where we’re always trying something new. Using stability balls, over balls, poles, yoga bricks, and anything else we can get our hands on, we work with you to improve your stretching technique and increase mobility.

Get moving and achieve a great stretch without leaving your comfort zone, perfect for helping to prevent injury and lengthening those muscles.

Fitness for… flexibility, core strength, balance.

20/20/20
20/20/20 mixes 20 minutes of strength work (using a barbell or kettlebell), 20 minutes of HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training), and 20 minutes of core work. Designed to blast calories and tone the body from top to bottom, 20/20/20 gives you the edge when it comes to strengthening your core. Fancy burning off in excess of 900 calories in one hour? Then this is class for you.

BODY COMBAT

Body combat is a high – energy class inspired by martial arts, and one that is non contact. Not only is this class brilliant for burning calories, and also help to build your cardio endurance but one thing is for sure you’ll always be working hard in this knockout class.

BODYBOUNCE

To blitz calories and have tons of fun, we take small trampolines with a fixed T-Bar, add Fitness For All members, and create a high-intensity, low-impact class suitable for everyone.

Following a choreographed routine, BodyBounce is a dance class on a mini trampoline, and, while you’re laughing and having a good time, you’ll also be burning on average 800 calories per class.

Fitness for… weight loss, cardio, stamina.

ACTIVE CIRCUIT
With a series of cardio and strength based exercises, designed to flow from one to the next, you get the chance to tailor an intensive workout specific to your needs and ability. The flexibility and variety of this session, means that whether you’re eighteen or eighty, you can complete the same exercises as everybody else, with a subtle adaptation of weights and intensity.

HI INTENSITY (HI) CIRCUIT
When you set yourself a challenge like a grueling obstacle race or a testing triathlon, there’s only one Fitness For All session guaranteed to get your fitness to where it needs to be.

Coached by an expert instructor, you can achieve your goals in the gym before smashing them out on the course.

POST NATAL

 Getting back in shape after pregnancy can be tough and confusing, which is why we offer post natal classes at Fitness For All. Bring your babies along with you and leave them to play while you make a bit of time for yourself. Our class is a Circuit Training style of class and is based on restoring your pelvic floor, strengthening and toning your body. At the end of our Wednesday session’s, we invite our mums to sit and have a cuppa and a chat with the other mums.
