Jill Purdy

Jill Purdy is a Level 3 qualified Pilates Instructor and Personal Trainer, Gym Instructor, Studio Instructor and Crossfit Trainer. With a wealth of experience Jill has been teaching for over 20 years, Circuit, Step, Pilates, Toning, Kettlercise, Kettlebell Circuit, Zumba to name but a few. Jill's passion is to get everyone involved in Fitness, Children through to the elderly, you are never to young or too old to get fit and stay fit.

Abs Lawal

Abs Lawal (Level 2 ETM, Fitness Pilates, Zumba and Boxercise Instructor) has been actively involved in the fitness and sports industry for over 20 years. She is a fitness enthusiast who has partaken competitively and been involved in a range of activities in the sports industry; specifically table tennis, basket ball, football, swimming, dancing and martial arts. Abs currently practices martial arts and is a UK, Scottish and also European Grand Champion. Abs has a passion for health fitness; she likes to motivate and help clients to achieve personal targets/fitness goals.

Richard Shevlin

A fully qualified fitness instructor with additional qualifications in HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) and Strength & Conditioning. Richard’s classes are perfect for anyone wanting to improve their fitness no matter if you’re a complete beginner to exercise or an advanced athlete, the focus is on helping individuals accomplish their fitness goals.

Sharon Charlton

Lead physiotherapist Sharon Charlton MSc, MCSP, HCPC, MMACP, AACP, OCPPP, qualified in 2001 from Glasgow Caledonian University. Since qualifying Sharon has gained a Masters in Advance Practice, Membership of both the Musculoskeletal Association of Chartered Physiotherapists and Acupuncture Association of Chartered Physiotherapists and Post graduate certificate in sport injuries. Sharon has worked extensively in both the NHS and private clinics in the Merseyside area throughout her career.

Dave Randles-Blyth

Dave Randles-Blyth is a NASM certified Personal Trainer with 17 years of experience training and supporting clients. Dave’s love of strength and conditioning began many years ago while playing American Football and volleyball for his high school in Canada which continued through his University years in Kent.

After graduating with Honours from his Sports Science degree, Dave went on to pursue a career as a personal trainer first in Canada, followed by America, and then onto London, finally settling some years ago here in the North West. Over the years Dave has completed numerous personal training qualifications such as Egoscue Method postural alignment specialist, ViPR certified trainer, Suspension certified trainer (TRX), NASM IFS (corrective exercise specialist), NASM OPT, Serious fitness certified boxing instructor, Canadian Personal Trainers Network certified personal trainer and has completed many other Strength & Conditioning and Olympic lifting workshops. Dave has also had the fantastic opportunity to be trained and mentored by some the industry greats including two years under an Olympic Head Coach.

Dave is a family man who has lived in Chester for ten years with his wife Jayne and their son Joseph Bear who is six and the light of their life.
