Our classes aim to provide a calm environment where you can experience an inner balance that relaxes you whilst increasing you physical positivity. Try a class if you’ve never had a go at Yoga before of if you haven’t been for a while then come along and have an hour of holistic bliss, our classes are open to all levels of experience.
